Thomas Carter is an American actor, director and producer, known for his work in Swing Kids, Save the Last Dance, M*A*S*H and Christmas Rush. To his credit, Thomas Carter has won a Directors Guild of America Award, Black Reel Award and Black Movie Award for Outstanding Achievement.
