German-American screenwriter Tobias Iaconis is best known for penning the well-received romantic drama Five Feet Apart (2019), which he co-wrote with his frequent collaborator Mikki Daughtry. The film, which recounted the story of two teenagers with cystic fibrosis who meet in a hospital and fall in love, was a commercial success.
