Tony Jaa is a Thai film actor and action hero. As a child, Jaa was grealy inspired by action heroes Bruce Lee, Jet Li and Jackie Chan. He has studied Muay Boran, Muay Thai, Wushu, Judo and Tae Kwando. His first break was as a stunt double for the film Mortal Kombat: Annihilation (1997). From there, he catapulted into fame by starring in Ong Bak (2003) trilogy, Tom-Yum-Goong (2005) and Skin Trade (2015). His 2021 release includes Monster Hunter.
