She is perhaps best known for her association with films like Stakeout (1987(, Look Whos Talking Too (1990) and K2 (1991). Notable among Jeffreys television credits are The Outer Limits (1995), the detective comedy-drama Psych (2006) and the sci-fi series Beyond (2017).

In 2018, she bankrolled the romantic drama Midnight Sun, which is a remake of the acclaimed 2006 Japanese film of the same name and starred Bella Thorne and Patrick Schwarzenegger in the lead roles.
