Having made her debut as a production manager for a short film titled Heavy Blow (1994), her maiden feature film was Heavy, a drama romance film directed by James Mangold. The production manager-turned-executive producer made her debut as an executive producer for a feature film with Brown Sugar (2002). Her other notable production ventures include The New World (2005), The Ruins (2008), and The Dark Tower (2017), an American science fiction western action horror film directed by Nikolaj Arcel. He is associated with the 2018 English action drama Gringo directed by Nash Edgerton.
