An Indian actress, Tulasi Shivamani is noted for her work in the south Indian film industry. The veteran actress, who started acting since she childhood, over the years in her illustrious career has worked in more than 350 films across Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam languages.

The actress got married to Kannada director Sivamani at the age of 28, after which she quit acting for a brief period, working occasionally only as a voice actor in Telugu cinema. She made her comeback when her son was around six years old and started doing mostly character roles as the mother to the lead characters. Her 2017 release includes Prema Entha Madhuran Priyuralu Antha Katinam, a Telugu romance thriller directed by Goverdhan Gajjala. In 2018, she was part of the Telugu movie, Happy Weddding. Her 2018 releases include Naduve Antaravirali, directed by Raveena Kumaara and Sarkar.
