Tushar Ranganath (Ranganatha) was a film director and writer in Indian cinema. Ranganatha had started his career as a writer with the film Rakshasa and as a director with Ghulama in Kannada cinema. He was associated with various other films like Kanteerava, and Adda. Ranganatha, during a film shoot got second massive heart attact and was declared dead.
