Interior designer, columnist, author, producer, and former film actor, Twinkle Khanna made her acting debut in 1995 with Barsaat. Following her debut, she appeared in a number of movies until 2000 after which she quit acting. She has also produced movies such as Patiala House, Thank You, and Khiladi 786. She is the co-owner of the production house Grazing Goat Pictures under the banner of which she has produced movies such as OMG - Oh My God!, 72 Miles, Bhaji in Problem, Fugly, and Holiday: A Soldier is Never Off Duty. Her first book, Mrs. Funnybones, sold over a lakh copies. She then published her second book in 2016 titled The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad. Her 2018 production venture includes R. Balki`s Pad Man, a biographical drama based on the life of the Tamil Nadu-based activist Arunachalam Muruganantham.
