Ustad Fazal Qureshi is an acclaimed Indian tabla player. Trained by his father, Ustad Allah Rakha, and inspired by his brother, Ustad Zakir Hussain, he has become a renowned tabla virtuoso. He explores diverse musical styles, including Jazz and Western classical music, performing with many renowned Jazz musicians. For 16 years, he has led the world music band Mynta, releasing six albums. He teaches tabla at the Ustad Alla Rakha Institute of Music in Dadar.
