An American actor, Utkarsh Ambudkar is best remembered for his roles as Donald in the comedy film Pitch Perfect and in the TV shows like The Mindy Project and The Muppets. Born in Baltimore, Maryland is an alumnus of the Tisch School of the Arts at the New York University where he earned his bachelor`s degree in Fine Arts. Before entering the film industry, Ambudkar worked as a VJ for MTV Desi and made his debut on the silver screen with the American comedy-drama Rocket Science in 2007.

Over the years, the actor has starred in about 15 films. Some of his other notable film credits include Pitch Perfect (2012), Kitchen Sink (2015), Barbershop: The Next Cut (2016), White Famous (2018), Blindspotting (2018) and Basmati Blues (2018), a romantic comedy musical film directed by Danny Baron. His 2020 release includes The Broken Hearts Gallery.
