Uttam Dhakal is an Indian cinematographer and camera and electrical department technician who primarily works in the Hindi film industry as well as in Tamil cinema. Having started his career as a second assistant camera technician with Kismat Konnection (2008), he subsequently worked as a camera operator for films like Yamla Pagla Deewana (2011), Chaar Din Ki Chandni (2012), Welcome Back (2015) and Warrior Savitri (2016). Uttam Dhakal turned cinematographer with Wah Taj (2016) and The Slum Stars (2017). His 2019 release includes Kissebaaz.
