An Indian screenwriter, and director, V.C. Vadivudaiyan is noted for his work in Tamil cinema. Having started his career as an assistant director to Shaji Kailas, he made his directorial debut with Saamidha in 2008. The movie, which was entirely short in Kasi went unnoticed and also bombed at the box office. Following his debut, he directed films like Thambi Vettothi Sundaram (2011), Sowkarpettai (2016), and Pottu (2017), a Tamil horror film starring Bharath, Iniya, Namitha and Srushti Dange.
