Vanisri is an Indian film actress, who is known for her works exclusively in Telugu film industry and also acted in Tamil and kannada films, she is famous in the mid-1960s to the late 1970s. She started her acting career with stage play "chillara Kottu Chittamma" and made lead roles after. She received Filmfare Best Actress Award for Jeevana Tarangalu, Filmfare Best Actress Award for Krishnaveni and many more.
