Vasuda Sharma is a young, vivacious songwriter-musician from India, who first shot to fame when selected to be a part of the band Aasma, who were declared Indias official pop stars by Channel-V, a top entertainment and TV channel in India in 2003. She went on to achieve great fame with Aasma, who released two albums, namely Aasma and Aasma Infinite. She later started her journey as an independent musician, quickly gaining recognition for her blend of Indian and western influences. Vasuda is the only artist in India to have perfected the Loop Station technique a rather innovative style of performance that involves composing and recording live soundtracks comprising of vocals and instruments.
