Veena Malik is an actress, TV host and model born in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. She gained recognition in India after appearing on the reality show Bigg Boss (Season 4) in 2010. Before becoming an actress, Veena was a comic artist performing at events and TV shows. She made her debut with the Pakistani movie Tere Pyaar Mein (2000). This was followed by a slew of movies like Yeh Dil Aap Ka Huwa (2002), Pind Di Kudi (2003), Koi Tujh Sa Kahan (2005), Mohabbatan Sachiyan (2007) and Ishq Beparwaah (2008). Veena has hosted shows like Prime Gupshup on Prime TV and Hum Sub Umeed Se Hain on Geo TV. In Bollywood, she appeared in movies like Daal Mein Kuch Kaala Hai (2012), Zindagi 50-50 (2013) and Super Model (2013). Malik has also worked with the World Health Organization for two years. She recently began her modeling career with Pakistan Fashion Week Dubai in 2014. Malik will soon be seen in the Horror movie Mumbai 125 KM which hits the theatres this October 2014. Her 2018 release includes Red Mirchi, directed by Trishul.
