Vela Ramamoorthy is an Indian actor who has starred in several Tamil films. He debuted with the 2013 movie Madha Yaanai Koottam, and then went on to give excellent performances in movies like Madha Yaanai Koottam, Rajini Murugan, Sethupathi, Appa, and won the Best Villain award from Vikatan Magazine for the 2016 movie Kidaari. His other movies include Yeidhavan (2017), under the direction of Sakthi Rajasekaran, Veeraiyan (2017), directed by S. Fareed, Sketch (2018), Kaali (2018), Pathungi Paayanum Thala (2018) and NGK (2019), Mayuran (2019) and Enai Noki Paayum Thota (2019), Namma Veetu Pillai (2019) and Kutti Devathai (2020).
