Vimmy Bhatt is an Indian actress well known for her work in films and television. She is also a professional Bharatnatyam dancer with a degree of Master Diploma with first class distinction. She pursued modelling and made it to the semi-finals of Miss India contest in 2002. Her biggest acting break on television was the TV show Prithviraj Chauhan. Later, in 2009, she won the title of MTV Ibibo Ifresh Face West Zone.

Vimmy`s turning point in her career was her short film Speechless (2013) for which she bagged the award in the category of Best Female Actor in 48-hour Film Festival (Mumbai). The short film earned 1.1M views on YouTube. Later in 2014, she bagged the award for Best Actor Female in the 14th Annual Transmedia Awards for her role in Gujarati sitcom Aa Family Comedy Che. In 2016 she made her feature film debut with the Gujrati film Hardik Abhinandan. She then featured in the superhit short film Blink (2018).
