Vishal Chaturvedi is the writer-director of the 2026 spiritual drama Hanuman Ansh, based on the life of Neem Karoli Baba (Maharaj-ji). A former doctor, he left medicine - and later gave up music - to pursue filmmaking full-time, a journey spanning nearly 14 years before bringing Hanuman Ansh to the screen, an idea he had carried for almost two decades. He deliberately titled the film as a conceptual name rather than naming the saint directly, drawing on local references to him as "Anshik Hanuman" during research at Neeb Karori village. The film, launched with its poster unveiling at Kainchi Dham, is said to be the first installment of a spiritual trilogy based on his book Divine Detour.
