An Indian actor, producer, and director, Vishnu Manchu is known for his works exclusively in the Telugu entertainment industry. The son of veteran Telugu actor Mohan Babu, Vishnu made his debut on the silver screen as a child artist with Ragile Gundelu (1985). Almost two decades later, the actor made his debut in a lead role with Vishnu in 2003 and immediately won wide praise and recognition. For his brilliant performance in the movie, Vishnu won the Filmfare Best Male Debut Award.

Following his maiden lead role, the actor starred in several movies but did not enjoy much success until Denikaina Ready released in 2012. The action comedy film co-starring Hansika Motwani went on to become a blockbuster at the box office as well as gained wide critical acclaim. Few of his other notable film credits include Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda (2014), Erra Bus (2014), Dynamite (2015), and Achari America Yatra (2018), a family comedy directed by G. Nageswara Reddy. His other 2018 release includes the Telugu movie Gayatri. HIs 2019 release includes Voter, which is also known as Kural 388 in Tamil. Apart from acting in films, Vishnu Manchu also dons the hat of an entrepreneur and an educationalist; he is the co-owner of the production house named 24 frames Factory and the Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust. His 2021 release includes Mosagallu, a crime-thriller film directed by Jeffrey Gee Chin.
