An Indian film producer and the founder of the Holy Basil Productions, Vivek Kajaria is known for his work in Marathi cinema. After completing his education from the Warwick University, the UK in M.Sc in Computer Science and Applications, Vivek Kajaria joined his family business of construction and development to fine tune his skills as an entrepreneur before eventually pursuing his longtime dream of having a career in the creative and media industry by finding the Holy Basil Productions.

Before making it big in the film industry, Vivek had worked with a plethora of renowned national and international agencies like Lowe Lintas, Publicis Singapore, and brands like Hamam, Complan, Standard Chartered and HUL. After gaining much experience with making corporate films for many brands, he co-founded the NAHB, a joint venture between Holy Basil Productions and Navalakha Arts and immediately shot to fame with his maiden feature film production venture, Shala (2011), which won the National Film Award for Best Film.

Following the success of his debut film, Vivek subsequently produced films like Anumati (2013), and Fandry (2013), which not only won wide critical acclaim but also has won several national and international awards. His 2018 production venture includes Raakshas, a Fantasy suspense thriller directed by Dnyanesh Zoting and featuring Sai Tamhankar, Sharad Kelkar, and Daya Shankar Pandey in important roles.
