Vladimir Mashkov is a Soviet and Russian theater actor and director of cinema, who gained popularity among western audiences for his work in the 2001 film Behind Enemy Lines and the 2011 film Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol. His notable work includes Limita (1994), The Thief (1997) and The Quickie (2001). He then worked as a film director, producer and writer for the 2004 Russian film Papa. His 2017 acting venture includes The Crew, the Indian dubbed version of the Russian disaster film Ekipazh.
