Walter Hill is an American film director, screenwriter and producer best known for producing the Alien film series. He started his career as an assistant director who later become a director, writer and producer in the Hollywood industry. His notable film credits include Aliens (1979), 48 Hrs (1982), Another 48 Hours (1990), Red Heat (1988), Undisputed (2002) and Bullet to the Head (2012). For his exceptional work as a director, he won several accolades that include the Primetime Emmy Award and Directors Guild of America Award.
