William Brent Bell is an American director and screenwriter, is best known for his horror films like Stay Alive (2006), The Devil Inside (2012) and Wer (2013). He started out as a screenwriter but gained recognition with his foray into the genre of horror movies. His 2016 film The Boy garnered high praise for his work. His 2020 releases include the movie`s sequel Brahms: The Boy II.
