Yasiin Bey is an American hip hop recording artist, actor and activist. He began his career as a part of the rap group UTD, which was formed by him in 1994. Thereafter, he released his first solo album called Black on Both Sides (1999). Yasiin made an appearance in a documentary film Amy (2015). He has lent his voice for the film, Zootopia, which is set to release in March 2016.
