Kashmiri actress Zaira Wasim shot to fame with 2016`s biggest Bollywood movie, Dangal. Winning the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor, Zaira played the younger self of Geeta Phogat in the sports biographical drama, cast alongside Aamir Khan. After the commercial and critical success of Dangal, Zaira went on to collaborate yet again with Aamir Khan for Secret Superstar, where she plays the role of a Muslim girl who aspires to become a musician despite the opposition she faces from her conservative father. Her 2019 release includes The Sky Is Pink, directed by Shonali Bose.
