Zakir Hussain is an eminent Indian actor, known for his negative and comic roles in Hindi and Tamil films. An alumnus of National School of Drama, he made his debut with Ek Hasina Thi in 2004. Hussain gained recognition for his standout performances in Vaastu Shastra (2004) and Sarkar (2005), besides starring in Deadline: Sirf 24 Ghante (2006) and Johnny Gaddaar (2007).

He later appeared in films like Ramaiya Vastavaiya (2013), Singham Returns (2014), Badlapur (2015), Saala Khadoos (2016), Ishq Forever (2016), Coffee with D (2017), Guru (2017), Rambhajjan Zindabaad (2017), Indu Sarkar (2017), Nizam Sarkaroda (2017), Boyz (2017), Terror Strike (2017), Page 16 (2018), Andhadhun (2018) and Kissebaaz (2019), Chicken Curry Law (2019), Prassthanam (2019) and P Se Pyaar F Se Farraar (2019).
