Former MTV VJ, Zhu Zhu is a Chinese actress and singer, hailing from a military family in Beijing. She started playing the piano at the age of three and went on to perform Beauty and the Beast when she was a junior college student. Graduating from the Beijing Technology and Business University, she majored in electronics and information engineering. Unlike her educational qualification, Zhu Zhu went on to host a number of music shows on MTV China. Within two years, in 2007, she made her movie debut in 2007 with the Chinese romantic comedy What Women Want. She then went on to appear in international projects like the Shanghai Calling, The Man With Iron Fists, and Cloud Atlas, while she continued to appear in Chinese movies such as The Old Cinderella, Last Flight, and Tales of Mystery. In 2017, she made her Bollywood debut alongside Salman Khan in the war drama Tubelight.
