About The Event
Andhayugam is a Telugu adaptation of Andha Yug by Dharamvir Bharati is set after the Mahabharata war, in a world destroyed by violence and moral collapse. Though the war is over, grief, anger, and revenge continue to haunt the survivors.
Through characters like Gandhari, Ashwatthama, Dhritarashtra, and Krishna, the play explores blindness, not just physical, but ethical and emotional. It shows how war leaves behind not victory, but deep human loss and darkness.
