About The Event
Event Description:
Azaad Hoon is 90 minutes of real life storytelling with Praveen Wadalkar.
You were not born in chains. You were taught to wear them. By a childhood that told you who to be. By a society that gave you a measuring scale. By your own thoughts that learned to say I am not enough.
Sirf Desh Nahi, Main Bhi. The country got its freedom. Most of us never did.
Through poems, stories and moments from his own life, a boy who was not accepted, eleven years in corporate, twelve TEDx stages, a divorce, and seven years of travelling alone through the Himalayas, the jungle and the sea, Praveen asks one question. What would it look like if you accepted yourself exactly as you are.
Built on neuroscience and lived experience, this is not a lecture and not a performance. One man. One mic. A dark stage. Stories told the way they actually happened.
Hindi and English. A family show for ages 10 and above.
