About The Event
A mysterious woman in a park starts talking to a man sitting with a baby in a stroller. What starts as a casual, slightly awkward encounter slowly shifts into a long flow of speech that the man barely interrupts. In his presence, the woman re-visits fragments of her life, memories surfacing in sudden emotional bursts. Her humour, tenderness, irony, and grief reveal themselves side by side in unexpected moments.
This solo performance attempts to dramatize the inner landscape of memory: the fleeting, intimate ways in which the past continues to live within the present. Through a monologue, the play explores the fragile intimacy between men and women, and the way love, over time, can transform into something unrecognizable. Sometimes, it takes just one moment to see your whole life differently, and even if it hurts or unsettles you, it can still leave you feeling unexpectedly free.
