Pinkesh Jethalal Dhaneria, a highly successful hotelier with a business spread across Goa, is survived by his wife, Rajni, and their only daughter, Damyanti. Despite being just three people, the family doesn't get along at all, and the reason behind this lies in Pinkesh Dhaneria's conservative, rude, and arrogant nature, which has caused his family to fall apart.
The story takes a new turn when Pinkesh Dhaneria hires Himmat Singh as caretaker for his vintage bungalow, Dhaneria Mansion, on Malabar Hill. To Himmat Singh's knowledge, no one lives in the bungalow except the ghost of Pinkesh Dhaneria's father, Jethalal Dhaneria, who has been dead for ten years.
But when Himmat Singh joins duty, he finds Jethalal Dhaneria very much present in the bungalow. So who is this man who calls himself Jethalal? Not only this, two more young men, Aditya and Manav, also live in the bungalow with the so-called Jethalal. And soon, different characters begin entering this closed, deserted bungalow that has lain vacant for ten years.
