About The Event
"Laddu" is a humorous and heartwarming tale of love, misunderstanding and rediscovery. The story revolves around Sharad and Surbhi, two individuals who, despite wanting to marry for love, end up in an arranged marriage due to family pressure. Ironically, once married, they grow distant and stop speaking to each other.
In a twist of fate, both unknowingly connect over the phone using different identities—Appu and Jugnu—and slowly fall in love, unaware that they are actually talking to their own spouse. What follows is a rollercoaster of emotions, comedy, and confusion as the couple rediscovers their bond without realising it.
