The final blackout. The earth is dying. To prevent an accidental apocalypse, in a bunker beneath a dying earth, UN summons the worlds top diplomats to disarm the nuclear arsenal and prevent an apocalypse. The diplomats must decide surrender their arsenal or trigger the final blackout.
