1. We will share details of the walk, including the meeting point, after booking confirmation.
2. Children below 5 years of age can participate in the guided walk free of charge.
3. The walk will be conducted in Hindi and English.
4. In unavoidable circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, political rallies, power cuts, or VIP movement, the walk may be cancelled or rescheduled.
5. Participants may take another walk with the company against the payment made, within 30 days of the originally registered walk, subject to availability.
6. Tickets once booked are non-refundable.
