Swayamsiddha Kunti
Kunti is the most powerful character in the Mahabharata. The entire Mahabharata is the outcome of the struggle for the Pandavas to claim their right. And it was Kunti who gave these five Pandavas the moral and strategic courage for that very struggle.
As a single mother, she raised and nurtured not only her three biological sons but also two stepsons also in extremely difficult circumstances.
When her sons began to lose hope, she gave them strength by introducing them to her brother's son, Krishna. Krishna appears to be the architect of the Mahabharata. But if is looked closely, the credit for bringing this architect in goes to Kunti alone. Another deep pain in the heart of this ideal mother, Kunti, is the separation from Karna, the child born before her marriage."
Keeping Kunti at the center, this is an attempt to show the Mahabharata from a different perspective.
