About The Event
The World of Chekhov is an English storytelling session for adults. We bring you Indian adaptations of stories by Anton Chekhov.
Katha Khoj, a well-known storytelling platform in Pune, is bringing literary classics to life for adults. We invite you to an evening of stories that are sharp, satirical, and deeply human; funny one minute, moving the next.
Anton Chekhov was a doctor who wrote like he was diagnosing your heart. In just four pages, he could make you laugh at his characters, pity them, and then realize you ARE them. No heroes, no villains - just people trying, failing, and pretending they are okay. That`s why his stories hit harder 120 years later. If you love stories that stay with you long after they end, this event is for you.
