Dr. Manikumar Memorial Chess Solving Cup 2026
A unique chess event featuring both Puzzle Solving and Rapid Chess. Participants compete in two separate competitions on the same day.

Puzzle Solving Championship
Solve 12 chess puzzles in 3 hours. Each puzzle carries 5 points. Maximum score is 60 points.
Prize Fund: 30,000
Each Venue Cluster has a separate prize fund of 10,000.

3rd Prize 1,800
4th Prize 1,200
5th Prize 1,000
Minimum 15 points required to qualify for prizes.
Bonus Rapid Chess Event
A separate rapid chess tournament played after the puzzle session.
Time Control: 10+0
3 to 4 Swiss rounds depending on venue schedule.
Winner receives a Premium Chess Set.
