About The Event
Ride a horse, share a table with people you have just met, and watch the light drop over the Aravalli foothills. The Horse Riding Social is an afternoon on a working 40-acre equestrian estate in Greater Faridabad, built for people who have never sat on a horse in their life.
It opens with coffee and welcome drinks, then a proper round of introductions, so you spend the afternoon with the group rather than beside it. From there it moves to the open-air arena for a guided riding session on Marwari horses, the indigenous Indian breed the stable team handles daily. Head coach Vipin Chillar, a national gold medalist, leads the session alongside trained handlers who stay within arm's length of first-timers. All riding kit, including helmet and body protector, is provided.
Once you are off the horse there is time on the ground with the animals, grooming, handling, meeting the stable team, before wood-fired pizza or pasta at Caffe Cavallo, the Italian kitchen on the estate. Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain options are covered, eaten out on the open lawn beside the paddock.
An easy, well supervised way to try something genuinely new with good company and good food.
