About The Event
Play4Passion School Championship Season 1 is an individual badminton championship bringing together young badminton players from across schools and colleges.
Participants can register individually and compete in age-based Singles and Doubles categories. You do not need to register as a school team.
Categories:
Boys Singles: U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15, U-17 & U-19
Girls Singles: U-9, U-11, U-13, U-15, U-17 & U-19
Boys Doubles: U-11, U-15 & U-19
Girls Doubles: U-11, U-15 & U-19
Mixed Doubles: Open
Eligibility:
Singles and Boys/Girls Doubles are open to individuals affiliated with a school or college. Participants may register individually and do not have to participate as part of an official school team.
Mixed Doubles is Open to All and does not require school/college affiliation.

Single-elimination format
Open to students from all schools
Mavis 350 nylon shuttlecocks will be used for all matches.
Entry Fees
Singles: 850 per player
Doubles: 750 per player (1,500 per team)
Cash Prizes & Awards
Total cash prize pool: 35,000
Singles: 1,500 + Trophy (winner) &
Runner-up Trophy
Doubles: 2,500 Trophies(winning team) & Trophies (Runner-up team)
Cash prizes are applicable only when minimum participation criteria are met.
Singles require a minimum of 8 entries in a category.
Doubles require a minimum of 4 teams in a category.
Trophies and certificates for winners/participants as applicable.
