Archita Sahu is an Indian actress and model, who is known for her work in the Odia film industry. She has a trained in Odissi since she was six. Archita has done her B.Tech graduation from KIIT University. She gained fame after ending up as the first runner up in the Pond`s Femina Miss India Kolkata 2013. Archita also won the Lakme Absolute Femina Miss Eyeconic Eyes. Although she participated in beauty contests after 2010, Archita had entered Ollywood long back, with the 2005 movie, O My Love. Since then she has acted in movies like Mate Ani Dela Lakhye Faguna (2008), Dhanare Rakhibu Sapatha Mora (2008), Mu Sapanara Soudagar (2008), Akashe Ki Ranga Lagila (2009), Aalo Mora Kandhei (2010), Loafer (2011), Chocolate (2011), Kebe Tame Naha Kebe Mu Nahi (2012), Mu Eka Tumara (2013), Pilata Bigidigala (2015), Chhati Tale Ding Dong (2016) and Just Mohabbat (2017). In 2017 Archita starred opposite Arindam Roy in Sudhanshu Sahoo`s movie, Shiva Not Out. His 2019 release includes Champion and Abhiman, directed by Mrityunjaya Sahoo.
