A Screen Actors Guild Award winner, Ariel Winter is an American TV and film actress and voice artist who is best remembered for her role as Alex Dunphy in the popular comedy series Modern Family. The actress, who comes from a family that has a deep connection to the entertainment industry, started her career in the industry by appearing in TV commercials in 2002. Winter was only a four-year-old kid when she first appeared in a singular episode of Listen Up! She subsequently starred in many series' like Freddie, Monk, Bones, ER and the children's show Phineas and Ferb.
The actress got her major breakthrough around the same time as she made her debut on TV. Her maiden appearance in a feature film was in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005), where she played the role of Young Harmony Faith Lane.
