Early Life:
Cybill Lynne Shepherd is an American singer, actress and a former model. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee. Shepherd won the 1966 Miss Teenage Memphais contest at the age of 16. At the age of 18, she won the title of Model of the year. In 1970, she appeared on the cover of Glamour magazine. She made her debut with the movie The Last Picture Show (1971), that received many nominations. Shepherd was nominated at Golden Globe.

Shepherd was then seen in movies like The Heartbreak Kid (1972), Daisy Miller (1974), Sliver Bears (1978), The Return (1980). She worked in several other movies like Secret of a Married Man ( 1984), Chances Are (1989), Once Upon a Crime (1992), Marine Life (2000), Martha: Behind Bars (2005) and Expecting Mary (2010). She was last seen in the movie Do you Believe? (2015). Her next movie She`s Funny That Way is scheduled to release in September 2015.
