David Schwimmer is an American actor, director, producer and comedian best known by his role as Ross Geller on the smash 1990s sitcom "Friends". He graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in theater and speech. His various acting credits include Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, Six Days Seven Nightstand Madagascar 3: Europe`s Most Wanted. He won Primetime Emmy Award in Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category for "Friends" in 1995.
