Diganth Manchale is a Kannada actor who is best known among his fans as `Doodhpeda`, owing to his role in the film Gaalipata (2008). Making his debut with the film Miss California (2006), he gained popularity through films like Pancharangi (2010), Lifeu Ishtene (2011) and Parijatha(2012) and is now considered among the most accomplished stars of the Kannada film industry. In 2015, he made his Bollywood debut with the comedy film Wedding Pulav alongside Anushka Ranjan and Sonnalli Seygall. He also received the SIIMA award for the Romantic Star of South Indian cinema in 2013 before being cast in Katheyondu Shuruvagide (2018). His 2019 release includes Fortuner, directed by Manjunath J. Anivaarya. In 2021, he appeared in the action-drama film Yuvarathnaa.
