Luke has been an actor and performer on the Bombay stage since 1991. He was part of a dance and skit troupe led by Bharat Dabholkar from 1990 to 1994. He made his dramatic debut with William Shakespeare`s Romeo and Juliet directed by Vickram Kapadia in 1996. Two years later Luke made his film debut with Kaizad Gustad`s Bombay Boys. He played a pivotal role in Abhishek Kapoor`s ROCK ON! Luke Kenny was also seen in the movie Banjo (2016) and Qarib Qarib Singlle (2017).

His 2020 release includes Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior. Directed by Om Raut, the movie stars Ajay Devgn, Kajol and Saif Ali Khan in prominent roles.
