Michael Kelly is an American television and film actor. He was born in Pennsylvania, USA and completed his graduation from the Coastal Carolina University of South Carolina. He initially wanted to make a career in law but became inclined to acting after choosing it as an elective. Michael has several films to his credit such as Man on the Moon (1999), Dawn of the Dead (2004) and Invincible (2006). He played pivotal roles in the television series, Person of Interest (2011) and Law and Order: Criminal Intent (2011). He was nominated for the Screen Guild and Emmy award for his role of Doug Stamper in the popular television series, House of Cards (2013). Other popular films include, Chronicle (2012), Now You See Me (2013), Man of Steel (2013), Everest (2015), Secret in Their Eyes (2015), Viral (2016) and Outside the Wire (2021).
