Emmy winning producer, publisher and writer Mike Richardson is famed for being the founder of Dark Horse Comics in the year 1986 and has also been the author of various graphic novels like The Secret, Living with the Dead, and Cut as well as co-authoring two non-fiction books: Comics Between the Panels and Blast Off! Starting off as a co-producer Dr. Giggles (1992), Richardson has been associated with popular films like The Mask (1994), Son of the Mask (2005), The Legend of Tarzan (2016), among a plethora of others and is also associated with the television series The Umbrella Academy (2019). As of 2019, he is associated with Hellboy, and has been associated with the previous installments Hellboy (2004) and Hellboy II: The Golden Army (2008).
