In the course of a career spanning over a decade, Roshan Prince (born Rajiv Kaplish) has proven his versatility as a singer-songwriter, composer, record producer and actor. He started out in the mid-2000s as a musician, before eventually making his feature film debut with the Punjabi film Lagda Ishq Ho Gaya (2009).

Roshan has since appeared in over a dozen movies, notable among which are the romantic comedy Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad (2013), the comedy Naughty Jatts (2013) and Laavaan Phere (2018). Parallel to this, he has also enjoyed phenomenal success as a musician thanks to a number of chart-topping singles like Zindabaad Gabhru from Arjan, Laavaan Phere title track and Mull Putt Da. The romantic drama Arjan (2017) and the biographical war drama Subedar Joginder Singh (2018) are among Roshan`s significant film credits in recent times and Ranjha Refugee. His 2020 release includes Ik Sandhu Hunda Si, directed by Rakesh Mehta.
