Popularly known for her portrayal of gold-medallist wrestler Babita Kumari Phogat in Dangal, Sanya Malhotra is an Indian actress. After her promising debut in 2016, In 2018, after a two-year gap from the silver screen, the actress starred in her second film Pataakha, helmed by critically-acclaimed director Vishal Bhardwaj. The story, based on Charan Singh Pathik`s short story Do Behenen, is about two sisters in Rajasthan who are always in conflict.
