Shahid Mallya is an Indian playback singer popularly known for his work in the Hindi film industry. He began his career in 2011 with Samir Karnik`s Yamla Pagla Deewana. He has since then been associated with several successful Hindi movies. Few of his popular movie credits include Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011), Student of the Year (2012), Gunday (2014), 2 States (2014), Udta Punjab (2016) and Dishoom (2016). He also worked on the 2016 Punjabi movie Saka Nankana Sahib De Shaheed. His 2017 release includes the Gujarati movie Band Baaja Babuchak directed by Raahul Tewari and Yeh Hai India directed by Lomharsh. His 2019 release includes Lafange Nawab, directed by Sanoj Mishra.
